The Ground Rules

• Confirm with photographer verbally (i.e., on the phone) the day before a shoot in order to ensure seriousness.

• Business should not be conducted via text message, FaceBook message, or any other typed communication media, as misunderstandings and miscommunications tend to result with greater frequency through the use of these medias.

• Under NO circumstances will another camera be allowed at the shoots.

• Companions will not be tolerated at any session, as they tend to interfere. If you must have an escort, please discuss the matter with the photographer prior to the scheduled shoot date.

• If represented by an agency or talent scout, please ensure that the photographer, Gabriel Nieves, and the model are able to communicate directly prior to finalizing a shoot so that both parties are "on the same page".

• Amendable  for Time for Print (TFP) or Time for Compact Disc (TFCD) exchanges with select models. Under these conditions, the copyright of images remain with the photographer, Gabriel Nieves, and the model will have limited usage rights.

• Unless purchased, clients may only use images for their personal use; including self promotion, (i.e. ModelMayhem, OneModelPlace, ModelLaunch, FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, MySpace, or other such social media profiles), and the copyright of images stay with the photographer, Gabriel Nieves.

• Usage rights will not be released until the completion of  all necessary paperwork and payment.

• To deter "no show" models, and keep from wasting our time, the photographer and model will meet before the shoot, if feasible, to discuss the shoot and ideas for it. A $25 nonrefundable booking deposit will apply to ensure commitment within forty eight (48) hours. This deposit will be applied towards your session fee. If the client fails to show, or cancels within twelve (12) hours of the shoot, this fee is forfeited.

• If traveling to the Tampa Bay Area for a shoot, the model is required to purchase and book an appropriate flight. This is to deter "no show" models.

• Hair/Make-up Artists (MUAs)  are not provided, unless otherwise stated in the pricing list. It shall be the responsibility of the model to provide these services if otherwise desired.

• Wardrobe will not be supplied, unless previously discussed with photographer. Clients are asked to supply their own outfit changes for the photography session.
